Do I need kayaking experience?
Not at all! Our guided tours are perfect for first-timers, and our guides will walk you through everything before you hit the water. For self-guided rentals, we’ll give you a quick orientation and make sure you’re comfortable before you head out.
What should I bring?
Wear clothes you’re comfortable getting wet in, bring sunscreen, water, and a change of clothes for after. We provide all the gear including kayaks, paddles, and life jackets.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain? We paddle! Heavy storms or lightning? We’ll reschedule your guided event to the next available date at no charge. For rentals, we’ll work with you to find another time. We’ll notify you by email and text as soon as possible before a scheduled event.
Can I bring my kids?
Absolutely. Check each event listing for the minimum age. Many of our guided events welcome kids as young as 6, and we offer family-friendly paddles. Rentals are also available for families. Minor ticket pricing is available on guided events.
How do group events work?
Groups meet at the event location and we go over all the trip details before we launch. Please contact us directly for groups, corporate events or team outings.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 48 hours receive a credit toward a future event. No-shows are non-refundable.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all participants must sign a liability waiver before the event. We send digital waivers via email after you book, it takes about 2 minutes to complete.
Where do we meet?
Each event listing includes the specific meeting location with a map link. For rentals, you’ll pick up and return your kayak at the same launch point. We’ll send detailed directions in your confirmation email.
